I dunno, well we all have our own musical tastes... but for me the song was perfect already. I think all those other parts made a great song all in all. Those kinds of songs are more of my taste, so yeah, I might come off as a little biased xD

But I agree with you that there's a lot much focus on HyunA and not that I'm saying it's bad but there are less screen time for the others.

I get that feeling too and I am hoping that I am wrong because seriously I hope we can see the other girls getting some attention too, I know the media will be most hyped about Hyunah though..

girl that is put in the center... for now people only know Hyuna & Sohyun, so they
have to market these two girls... because they are the ones attracting the fans (for
the most part)... once people start to know them, it will be different...

That's not good marketing from a business standpoint, since a group should be marketed on the strength of its individual members equally, not because member A has been like so-and-so. For proof, look at what happened to SeeYa. No wonder Nam Gyuri left because of the unequal treatment Mnet gives. And personally, I like a group better if I like all the members [another reason why I can't really dig groups with members more than 6 xD]. Idol groups are seen for the group chemistry, different from solo singers wherein the charisma of an individual person is enough to keep the fans going.

‘HyunA group’ 4Minute’s debut song ‘Hot Issue’ full song and MV teaser video revealed yesterday have indeed proved to be ‘Hot Issue’.

On 15th June, with the reveal, the song ‘Hot Issue’ also went up #1 on Mnet daily chart marking the group’s first #1. Other than that, they song also went up to the top rankings on other music sites.

Seeing the teaser video, fans go, “4Minute big hit!”, “Looking forward to their debut stage”, “I’m so excited that HyunA is back”, “The song is really good” etc.

Meanwhile the girls will have their 1st performance on 18th June on Mnet M!Countdown.

I'm not a 4minute fan since I'm not a WG fan either...but i don't hate them because they don't go with the cute concept like other girl groups...because i can't stand people who always want to act cute..that's just my fault not their fault...anyways good luck to 4minute...bring a different feel to Kpop girls!!!!

Ive only heard the hot issue song but I love it. I keep seeing alot of comparisons with 2ne1 In my personal opinion I think this group has better beats and skills that them....not taking anything away from them but I think this group could do good if people put in the right effort. I love Hyunah too and im really thrilled to see her back.

that is DIFFERENT.
you can't compare any other group to seeya. unless you have eye issues, you can clearly tell that nam gyu lih got always the center, always the outfits, always the shows, always the whatever else. they made us believe that the other two members were back up dancers. BB, SS501 WG 2PM is different. they get the same amount of lines as other members and get equal time on music videos. and it's a fact that the leaders DO tend to get more attention and camera time. so i don't see what you're trying to say. no member should outshine another member in performances. it's a group.

hyun ah has fans already. no need to poke at it. if you want marketing, throw some real vocal lines in the song for the strongest vocalist to handle or something. that is the one key missing from the song.

i have to agree that it isn't fair to the other girls if this is basically a "Hyun ah and the 4 girls behind her" kind of group.
i know hyun ah's fans have been waiting awhile for her to redebut, but that doesn't mean the company should focus soley on her.
if this group turns out to be mainly hyun ah, i'll loose interest quickly. it's just unfair. no group besides, well, seeya, was like that.
every idol group has its popular members, but they don't just leave the other members in the dust.
so, really, i hope this group has some sort of equality for all the members, for their sake.
