It may be hard to make healthy/diet ice popsicles .. because i don't know that involves not much sugar LOL
You could always do fruit popsicles, bend the fruit of choice, add them into the icepop holder thingy and set, once frozen, enjoy (:
If you are going to do this, make sure not to leave it too long in the freezer, not longer than 5 days .. depending on the fruit XD
*note: you can always add sugar if you want it sweeter, but it should be sweet enough if you get the fruits in season*
