Body Not Losing Weight!

but im still the exact same. my weight didnt even change 1/2 a pound. >__< whats wrong with my body?
i just read about eating 1-2 teaspoons (is that right?) of honey before you go to sleep so it can burn your fat faster. does it actually work? kinda risky cuz honey has a lot of calories

And maybe you're gaining muscle weight. Have you tried measuring and seeing if your waist is smaller etc?
You should try the honey, it has a lot of health benefits and I don't think you'll put on anything from two small spoons of honey.

Losing weight = calories needed (BMR x activity level) + calories burned (exercise, calculated for your age, height, weight) > calories consumed
Besides, a salad can be many things. It can be salad leaves, and raw veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes....or it could contain crutons, and salad dressing, and olives, and meat.

are you eating healthy at the same time? If you consistently go (like at least 2 a week for the last two years) you should be okay. losing weight does take time but how much is your fluctuating? if its not too much you shouldn't worry.

From her 411. It doesn't show her body but her arms are really skinny as well as her face.

i think it may be muscle weight and yes i eat like a normal person
omg i am not stick thin. pictures can be deceiving lol && those are from 2 years ago
i think my face got a little chubbier.
im just normal but im starting to gain weight around my arms and stomach T_T

im not "stick thin" but i am kinda on the small side
im going to korea in 2 weeks and there i would be considered normal
