DO you believe in ghosts and all those scary things like demons etc etc.?

I actually dont believe in ghosts since i've never seen anything like it and I dont believe it until i've seen it
but a few days ago my brother told me that he and my mom were driving to get some groceries near my house
and it was pretty light out but not bright...turning a dark blue color and they saw someone walking. It looked like just
a normal person only you couldnt see any of their face because they were wearing all black; black pants, black hoodie
covering their face.

My brother said that my mom and him got the tingles in the spine the chills with hair on your neck sticking up
it was very creepy and from far away the person looked like they were holding up their cell phone or ipod to their 'face' because there
was a glowy light! so being curious people, my mom drove up closer to it to have a better look and my brother told me when
they pulled up near it, all they saw was a blob like figure ( you couldnt make out the hands and feet it was just black) and where the
face should be it was a bright green light ( like the traffic lights only greener and brighter) so my mom drove up a bit and when they
looked back 2 seconds later there was no one there...they looked everywhere my mom even drove back around to check if
it ran somewhere but nothing. My brother is like me, doesnt believe anything until he sees it and now hes always paranoid
and i dont think my mom would lie and joke around like that!

I wish i had been there to see it!! people live their whole life and then die and never get to see something like that!
