gif maker any recommendations?

hi again.

anyone know a good gif creator? one that user friendly but has some complexity to make a really koo gif? im lookin for one that can create a gif outta an avi and jpegs.

I know that Haduri can create gifs. ALthough it helps if you can speak Korean.
