I've been reading a lot about it online, and I think it's an interesting topic to talk about.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissociative_identity_disorder

It's very rare and uncommon, but I was wondering if anyone has friends who are unfortunate to have this disorder & struggle with it?
OR have you encountered any MPD (or DID) patients?

Please share your story =)

I don't think that's the multiple personality disorder? ._.

I don't know a person personally who has this disorder but I've watched a movie on it before and I must say, very interesting.

^Once again, I do not think that is multiple personality disorder...
It's very easy to diagnose yourself with these things sometimes.. even when you don't really have it.
I think the most common mental disorder I hear many people claim to have is depression.

Anyway, back on topic.
I don't know anyone who has multiple personality disorder. I've only seen films about it.. and it does quite interest me too!
I think one movie that pops to mind is "Identity". Great thriller. smile.gif
Nevertheless, it must be quite tough to have this disorder..

Hrm, I think I might have that. Sometimes I'm serious, like I don't spaz as much and I am cool and collected and I don't talk much, sometimes I'm bubbly and outgoing. But eh....... maybe not. I still believe in the same things all the way.

lol. those comments made my day. way to "self diagnose"
I know someone who I think has a slight disorder of this sort. She used to be fine, but then turned super "fake" after her dad molested her and even though she's a beezy, I still feel super bad for her sad.gif
She does this thing where she lies and then she actually believes her lie. It's really weird and creepy at the same time.

LOL I thought I have this..

Thinking that sometimes I copy someone's mannerism
or personality,, LOL

but I think it isn't..

maybe it's normal to be loud outside then at
home your silent because I think you're just
adjusting to the environment..

personally there a some people in hong kong who has this problem, and its very annoying since once there was a very male who was a model in hong kong, but since he thought darkly and lightly about himself, people found him weird....

and it got out of hand also, since he try to rape someone younger than him... --;

Multip personality disorder isn't just about having mood swings.
It's a serious psychological disorder in which one person actually believes that he/she is another person~
It's pretty scary.

Here's an example;

LOL at some of the comments. If you guys consider yourselves as someone bearing the disorder, then I should consider myself one too. -sarcasm- You guys are aware that this disorder is more serious than you think it is, no? It's very interesting, the disease, but very scary at the same time. I don't know anyone suffering from it (Thank God).
