My Creative Muvo Tx Fm was destroyed by someone who borrowed it and now i need to get a new one.
I loved my old one too because it was the perfect size and had awesome sound quality. I use my mp3 everyday for at least 4 hours (yes, school gets boring).

So i'm looking for something:
  • Around AU$120 ( tears.gif so broke)
  • Reliable brand
  • Small in size
  • Good sound quality
  • 256 mb
  • Long battery life (I dont mind AAA batteries)

I was thinking of something like this -- Samsung Black 256MB MP3 Player FM Tuner (BT256-Black)

Anyone have this? Is it any good?

Thanks guys!

I use a Joybee Mp3 player/USB drive
IPB Image

it's nice, simple and easy to use. No wires needed as the USB connector is retractable. All you need to do is plug it into the computer, let it automatically detect it..and drag files into the USB drive. It can store other stuff too since it's a USB drive. Perfect for transporting files on the go.

It uses a lithium battery, so it's thin and rechargeable (to recharge it, you just leave it in the USB port). of course any product using a lithium battery will eventually have to be replaced..but by the time that happens, you'll probably have a new mp3 player by then.

things I don't like.. alot of the functions have to be accessed thru the menu like volume. It just makes it annoying, but still functional. It also has voice recording and FM radio.

I got mines through Amazon, this was half a year ago, hopefully they'll have newer versions capable with bigger space. I was primarily interested in it because it requires no wires to hook up to a USB port, and has a rechargeable battery.

I'd recommend the Mobliblu cube 512 mb for $99. Or the 1 gb for $30 more.
