The hunky “Twilight” star was bombarded by fans and paparazzi upon landing, being helped through the terminal by airport staffers.
In related news, Rob recently chatted about his difficulties with the ladies due to his newfound stardom.
Pattinson revealed, “It’s very uncomfortable. If you try and chat people up, everyone’s like, ‘Oh, you probably go around sleeping with everybody.’”
He continued, “So it kind of has the converse effect of what you would have thought.” As for the continual rumors that he’s dating costar Kristen Stewart, Rob emphasized, “No! She has a boyfriend. I don’t know where that came from.”

First, he does confirm that the fourth installment of the franchise, Breaking Dawn, will go to film and that he is committed to starring in it! No word yet on when production will start, as the star is becoming increasingly booked up due to his newfound fame.
He reveals that his stay at the festival is just a stop over before heading to Italy to finish shooting New Moon on Friday. He's pleased to have had more screen time as Edward Cullen than orignally thought, as fans know Edward is mostly absent in the book. But, the script calls for Edward to appear as an apparition and that equals more R-Patz loving/
He says, "You're playing a figment in Bella's imagination so I was trying to do it in a 2-D way. I hope it doesn't translate onscreen as being boring."
Pattinson doesn't have time to waste after New Moon, as he is then set to film Remember Me in the Big Apple, before returning to Vancouver in October to finish up Eclipse, the third installment of Twilight.
