Depending on the location of the scratch, you might be able to buff out the scratch with the right rotary tool (like a Dremel), and the proper buffing pad. There are much more detailed descriptions of this in other forums. Just find the right key words.

Try 3acp.com. I have a skin from them for my netbook and its great bc includes the front, screen, and kaypad, whereas other places only include the front skin. It really helps bc i carry it in my backpack and the skin protects it from my textbooks, pencils, pen, etc
Here are some pictures!

I bought paper sticker at a papershop or arts supplies shop, and just made my own design and print.

If you really want protection, invisibleshield helps.
They tend to have discount codes:

It is a bit expensive, but worth it IMO. Just wait for a deal. Otherwise you can follow the suggestions made by other posters =]

I have the screen but have not put it on yet bc i think for the big pieces you need two ppl to align it correctly so i have not had a chance to put it on yet. i think 3acp has the best skins around. I have one for my iphone, ipod, and ds lite. Im also thinking about getting one for my ps3.

I am using an ZAGG INVISIBLE SHIELD on my new MacBook Pro and LOVIN IT! It protects like a condom
Also, buy it from mygearstore.com...its a lot cheaper compared to the actual zagg site.
also, use coupon code: ITSMEMORPHIOUS for a 10% discount during checkout.
