Okay, so after let's say you ask someone to be their gf/bf,
then they say yes.
I mean what do you do after?

lol go out to places, do things together, talk about our problems, it' like he's my bestfriend whom i also do physical things with >.o
we like to go to the beach, we're not a movie-couple lol, it's been four months and we've only been to the movie twice O.O
we eat together, at home and out, shopping, go to volunteer services event together
and since we're senior
there's lot of things to do hahah, like i would make him take me to UCI for college things that i needa prepare for
we'll go play pool, bowling, etc =]

what you mentioned about just hugging her is just fine. it depends on what is going on though.............if you guys need to be going somewhere, then ask her if its okay to hold her hand. or slowly work your way to touch her hand and eventually holding it. or if you want, you can kiss her on the forehead.

Hehehe, I did this just last week. After he accepted, I said "Okay let's have a first date. What do you want to do?" We also got some food to eat. We're both not super romantic and we weren't ready for physical touching, so there wasn't really any hugging or hand holding right after. We just did whatever we normally did as friends.

I guess you could try to just do what you always do together, and keep the conversation going so there aren't any awkward silences.

I dont think i've asked or have been asked to be someone's 'bf/gf' since i was about 12/13 years old, when you get a bit older i think you both realise you're kind of dating (sorry just realised that sounds a bit patronising i dont mean to be). anyway if i was you i'd just be like 'yay ' and then ask if they wanted to catch a movie in the next couple of days or go get somewhere to eat etc.
