Bestbuy will probably send your laptop to the manufacture and will most likely charge you about $150 to change the keyboard.
Most of the time you can carefully remove and try to pop the key back in place. It is a delicate scissor key

something like that and you have to be really careful with the little tabs at the edge. On bottom left and right corner of the white tab you see little nubbies? thats where the tabs of your keys hook onto.
If you totally break it, go on ebay spend $30 or so and buy a new keyboard usually its like 3 screws and easy to replace.

Its honestly hard, and easy to break. I have popped off the ones at the edge with ease because I could lift it a little and see under. But I did it with a small screwdriver... I lifted the corner of a the key and carefully tried to just poke the screw driver in towards the top so the top would pop off. (normally you don't want to detach the white plastic thing from the keyboard)
I guess the reassuring part is usually keyboards are fairly inexpensive, and easy to replace.
