I was just wondering about some certain problem of mine.
There's this guy, who's sort of just my acquaintance for 2 years but after my friend's birthday party, we started talking a lot.
It's been around three months and we still do talk a lot, like on a everyday basis.
There's been a few times where he sort of asked me out, just subtly but it never pushed through.
It was only last week where he really asked directly if we can. But it's been a week and he's really confusing about it.
He keeps bringing the topic of going out up but he never really says when but he keeps saying that we should.
It's getting slightly annoying so I decided to ask him directly if we're really going to go out, and he's just there giving really vague answers.
Until he said that we should try today but suddenly, he backs out and says he can't.

I like the guy well enough to get bothered by this. And it's really starting to get a bit annoying.
So I'm really wondering what should I do, or if I should do anything.

It sounds like he's afraid to go out.
If he said you guys should try but backed out, then he must be scared of something.
Maybe you should try asking him why he backed out?
Or maybe he's not ready to go out yet?

choose a specific date, time and place. For exemple, tell him to meet you at 4 pm next saturday in front of mcdonalds. Don't foget to tell him that your looking foward to meet him. If he backs off again. Tell him that he should stop messing around and make things clear.
