How Do You Release Your Anger Or Stress?

off so much and you cant bottle it up any
longer, how do you release your anger
or stress? for me, i cry. im a major weeper.
....infront of my family that is. if someone
at school pisses me off i actually get pretty
violent. ive been in trouble a couple of times
for punching the fugly butch a little too hard X:

But before I'm calm enough to do those things, I usually yell, curse, etc etc. Slam my hands against whatever is there, mostly the wall. I'll beat up my pillow or throw light things around so I don't break anything haha.
Or I do all those things at the same time with appropriate music, of course. xD Oh mannn.

I'm hardly ever angry. However, when I am stressed,
I usually go out to eat with my friends! Or I sit
at the ocean and watch the waves~
Or listen to Ayumi Hamasaki songs hahaha--
they are so inspirational! *o*

I'll put in steps;
1) I scream while covering my face with my pillow.
2) I throw my pillow everywhere around the house; still screaming.
3) I punch my pillow.
4) I curse A LOT.
5) Every move i make is violent, that can be from getting the remote control
till opening the door of the fridge.
LOL i have anger issues i think and my pillow always
seems to be the victim, poor thing.

at home i usually either bang at the piano and that usually calms me down because i hate bad music, or i rant in my diary =]

I don't cry in public though (not even in front of my family) I'll lock myself in my room (or bathroom) and cry :/
After that, I'll play piano, or listen to music really loud. I'll sometime sleep.

When I'm stress, not angry, but just stress, I read fanfics. Weird but, whenever I read fanfics, it takes me into a different world, my thoughts are carefree and it makes me forget about whats really happening.
When I'm angry, I just think it over, "Is it worth being mad over?" and most of the time its not, so I stop myself from being mad.
Other than that, MUSIC is the way to deal with it. ;D
