Read the guy's location, hes in Australia. I'm in Canada, and I see the odd GTS-t every week. Decent ones go for around 9k here, but I KNOW what crap the US has to go through with getting one. 2000, FD's are expensive, so we can just import older JDM models.

If I get a steady job out of university, I'm getting one.

Honestly dude all you need is a job/cash and some smart planning. Just get the older lower-end models of that car. How do you plan to get a 2000 Rx7 btw?

When you grow up you'll realize it was only a short lived dream for a car.

it's not about the price it's about the value it has to me, plus where I live you can't find a rx7

Like most people in this thread...Work for it. Research as there are a lot of companies that are willing to import your vehicle choice. Yes there are a lot of trouble to go through it but if you want it that badly then go for it. Value or price, I doubt you have enough to buy it anytime soon.

^Unless he moves to Canada, a good THREE years of 8 bucks an hour would get him a below average Skyline GTS-t.

Varies from province to province really. More or less the main part is finding headlights that line up to drive on our side of the road, and most Skyline drivers use Honda Accord lights on R32's. Some paperwork, red tape and inspection, and you're good to go.

It's easier to buy one already here though.
