Okay so, I've been doing community services in a club at my school since freshman year (I'm a sophomore now) and I just realized that I don't remember how many hours I had in my freshman year. Is there a way to get a proof of the hours in case colleges ask for one when I put it on the app? Also, when doing community services at a local place besides school, where would you record the hours? Because most of the places I went didn't have their own sign in/hour sheet o_O And I was beginning to get worried that I didn't have those "proofs" when the college will ask for it. I need explanations >_<

club-related volunteering hours -- you should ask the adviser or whoever was in charge of the event.
well iif they don't have a sign in sheet or whatever, you can just make your own and have the person in charge sign you off? (& record the signer's contact info just in case)
honestly, colleges don't ask for evidence (i too once worried about that).
but if you're one of those unlucky small percentage of individuals who get asked to provide evidence.. then :/ but the chances are really low (of being asked to give official data).

You should either ask your counselor for a sheet or just make your own and ask for the peoples in charge for their signature and write down what you did, the date, and for how long or something like that.

In my community service club, at the end of the year, they hand out a certificate with how many hours you completed over the school year.

Where i come from you have a sheet to fill in to record how many hours you do but that might be because our province you have to complete 40 hours of community service to graduate high school

Your school should have some sort of high school official volunteer hours sheet where you record your volunteer stuff. :/
I love watching KevJumba's videos. xD
