Hello
When i went to japan i tried some curry bread from a pastry it kinda looks like a dinner roll with cocunet sprinkles..and inside of the roll was curry what is this called? and also i tried hotdog bread it looked like a dinner roll but inside was a hotdog with cheese..what are the names of these two breads

Curry Buns are called Kare Pan and from your description.. it looks like this..?
The hot dog buns are generally known as hot dog buns.. LOL you can get them at asian bakeries and you are talking about this right..?

^I had these miniature hot dog buns (just with slivers of hot dog) in China - they were sprinkled with yummy herbs (green onion?) and the bread was deLISH!
