[Annyon]

I've always wanted to try "Astronaut" food, freeze-dried foods that astronauts eat in space.

Has anybody ever tried it? Is it good??? I don't mean in general the taste but also the texture and experience. xD





They have other flavors too but I guess the ice cream is the most popular? Hahah idk xD

This stuff is nasty as shiat.
I remember in 5th grade, we had someone from NASA come in to our class for our space unit, and they brought some of those freeze-dried food.
All of the freeze-dried food tasted the sameto me. Crappy.

It has the texture of chalk and they all taste the same. It's like biting into a foam board lol

Oh and it was expensive.

At first it looked cool, and then, I thought about it haha
I'll stick with the ice cream that's creamy to the taste

just brought some recently .
threw them out . it was okay .
nothing special . i owuld totally eat them if i had nothing else.
it kinda taste like cardboard but better.
i wouldnt eat it for enjoyment though .

i had the ice cream when i was little. i was at the airplane shop at the airport, haha.

i remember it being really dry.

it does taste like bitting into foam but you still taste little of the "ice cream" flavors like the chocolate,strawberry and vanilla

I tasted the ice cream, it melts in your mouth tastes best with a drink of water to rehydrate it

it does have a very dry powdery texture kind of like a dry marshmellow?

I liked them.
Then again, I was only 12 when I ate it last...so maybe it'll taste different to me now.

They kinda remind me of the marshmallows in Lucky Charms, except not as sweet.

it was weird. and chalky, dry like someone sucked the liquid out of it (that's what they probably did lol)
and EXPENSIVE! like $4 for a bag.

I remember I used to like eating this candy that had the texture of chalk and was like foam and I like biting into it.

Now I really wanna try it! Maybe next time I will buy it ONCE and see hahaha.
