firstly, i did not change anything on my laptop (i don't know how to anyways )
and it been working fine until these past few days
i inserted a dvd that i burned it myself,(it's DVD+RAM, i'm not sure if it's matter or not) that had been working perfectly on this laptop
and then at first, the video was really laggy~ and almost impossible to watch
and then after that the drive just won't recognise it anymore (it said error or something like that)
when there is no DVD/CD in the drive it labeled " DVD-RAM Drive" but if i insert a DVD in it'll change to just "CD Drive"

does anyone know what happened?
sorry for the confusing explanation (i'm just hopeless in tech)

Start > Run devmgmt.msc

and look for your dvd drive then right click uninstall it. Then you can click the "scan your computer for hardware changes" or just restart and windows will detect the drive and reinstall the drivers. It seems to work most of the time.

but it still have the same problem after i tried reinstall the drive
it said the drive is not accessible and incorrect function
anymore idea?
