[Hiatus]

Hey guys,

I currently am using the SH-01A I really like it however txting is awefully long and besides that i'm not able to use the internet. Other than that i have no complaint about the phone having a 8 MP camera, cycloid screen, touch cruise, integrated voicemail.

SO I WAS THINKING!

should I sell my sh-01A and buy a nokia e71 with a full qwerty pad and wifi but has a nasty 3mp camera lol no integrated voicemail, no touch cruise, no cycloid?

first of all i think you should ask yourself if you really need the 8mp camera.

do you have a separate digital camera?

is texting and wifi more important?

if i had a choice, I would keep the Sharp, AND get the Nokia.

if you really cant have both then my suggestion would be the E71..more useful even if it's not as cool.

Like tirahbunny said, which is more important to you? Do you already have a decent camera?

By the way im planning to get SH-01A , by slow texting, do u mean it lags a lot or just the fact that its a number keypad?
I have the E71 now and I'm planning to get the SH-01A ^^ I just like the style n camera so much!

Last questions: how are the custom ringtones? Does caller id show on the external display? Can u set music as ringtones?

I don't use the internet much and I don't mind the texting issue (although I have a Blackberry and can't live without my qwerty lol).

It's basically functions over fashion. Almost all Japanese phones have the same functions overseas so you're getting all the basic, basic functions (calling, camer, and sms), but if you need the other stuff like GPS, internet, bluetooth...well some keitais are unlocked for bluetooth

can you tell me what exactly is unlocked on the sh01a ???
like can you blue tooth ... call receive ... i know you cant watch tv .. but have you put videos on it and watched ???
i got a 3g roger sim ... the guy from simstar mobile cant get the hypersim and my sim to fit into the phone ...
anyone having major problems like disconnecting middle of talking ...
or like no connectivity in basements ... or high places ... ??
