I actually think it's much easier to be short and sexy, then tall and sexy.

Tall people intimidate and appear larger.

wear clothes that flatter your body type, and wear heels. Not the stripper kind, 3-4 inches are ideal.

imo being sexy is more about proportions. and when it comes to proportions, taller people tend to have more room for error than short people.

Of course. It doesn't really matter if you're short or tall -- having a well-proportioned body is more important. And don't forget about being confident.
