Flash Drive Not Working! help please

okay so i just bought a 8gb voguedrive flashdrive. When i plug it into my PC, it says the device is installed and ready to use. But nothing pops up for me to put files in to so then i go to "my computer" and look for the removable disk drive. when i double click on it, here's what it says:


so then i decided to look at the properties of the USB and it says:


what do i do now? please help!! thanks so much in advance.

try plugging it in another usb drive or in another PC ... but if you don't have any necessary data .. formatting the drive should fix this problem

^ i tried to plug it in another drive and computer but all of that didn't work. how do you format it?
