Right now I'm trying to lose weight by eating healthier and exercising more. So far I'm happy with what I've accomplished.

I'm losing weight/altering my diet so that I:
1. Decrease the risks of acquiring any cardiovascular/respiratory/pulmonary conditions
2. Improve my chances of living a longer life
3. Feel more energized
4. Appreciate what I see in the mirror
5. Fit better into clothing

My friends say I don't need to lose weight but here are my reasons:

1. My family says I'm chubby aka I'm fat in Asian standards
2. I want to be more fit and not get out of breath so easily
3. I want to look in the mirror and like what I see
4. I want leaner legs to compensate on my shortness

i miss the feeling of having muscles lol.

so i'm bulking up again and staying with it and it helps a lot since it builds my self esteem by seeing results. smile.gif

I'm an athletic person, and it just doesn't feel right when I'm fat AND exercising, because usually when your fat and exercise, you want to lose weight, but I just love to work out.
(....That didn't make sense.)


1. Once I am fit, I will be even fit-er,LOL.
2. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes, and know that I don't have to make sure I can fit into the jeans perfectly.(i.e. I could care less, once I shed the extra pounds, if they are a little loose or a little tight.)
3. I feel that once I DO get all lean and muscle-y, I'll be healthier and probably have less problems with my body.

-When I look in the mirror I wanna see what I wanna see
-I hate when my mom gives me those lectures about me being fat. ):
-Everyone in my family calls me "fat girl" in laos. ):
-I wanna feel good about my body
-I really wanna learn how to dance... but it doesn't look good when I dance since I'm fat >.<
-I want to find nice clothes that I look good in. ^^

well everyone says i'm not fat, but i consider myself average? not too fat, not too skinny(:
But I would want to lose weight because...
- to fit better in clothes, like some clothes that i like I don't look nice wearing..but seems like when your like skinny anything looks nice.
- uhmm to stay even fitter then i am(:
anddd yeah that's mostly it, the 1st one is my main thingy ><

1. i have too much flab >.>
2. i need more muscles to play volleyball
3. awesome way to relieve stress for me

I'm trying to lose weight because I'm jealous to death of those stick people.

I know it's not a healthy ideal..but I want to look really skinny as if I have aids or something.

Feel more energized and strong, definitely.
Lose fat and gain some muscle; just to look more toned.
And reduce risk of long term illnesses. Heart disease runs in my family.

I want to get fit for a variety of reasons smile.gif
1. Look better in clothes and fit INTO more clothes
2. feel better about myself and less self conscious
3. lose that flab I get when I sit down
4. be healthier!

To maintain my health. Both my parents have diabetes, so I am really watchful of my weight. Prevention is better than cure smile.gif

Im gonna exercise 4-5 hours during summer starts.
Next week

1. Big one ->Able to wear clothes that would look good on me (Spaghetti Straps, Tank tops...)
2. It could improve my health maybe? I have asthma.
3. Joining sports
4. Losing fat in my face.
5. So people can stop making fun of my weight. [Also a big one.]

I want to lose 20-30 pounds.
I really hope i can in 6 weeks?
It seems hard but im very serious about this.

i'd want to lose weight/stay fit:
- to feel less sluggish.
- so i can stop hating my jeans for not fitting me. LOL.
- because it helps my anger problems.
- to lose my hibernation blubber on my tummy when i sit down.

-I am a short so I have to stay fit and maintain a certain weight.
-Tired of the critism from my parents, relatives, and friends about my body type.
-Tired of all the insults I have came across through the 17.5 years of my life.
-Tired of being lazy and making excuses for myself.
-Tired of being denial that I need to exercised.
-I want to be a girl again than a girl dressed as a boy.
-I am getting old, and I need to care more about my health as a main priority beside family and school.

I'm losing weight because I:
1) Want to be skinnier
2) Want to fit into more clothes
3) Want to look better in said clothes
4) Want to be healthier
5) Want to lose those excess fat
6) Am not satisfied
6) It's become a part of my life and I can't stop
7) Have self-esteem issues.

I'm trying to stay fit right now because I'm getting love handles.

The reason:
- I want to look good biggrin.gif
- I need to fit into my pants without the love handles bulging out.
- I want to be healthier.
- I also want to feel confident about myself.
