I'm just curious because I still don't know how to cook hahhaa
my parents never really taught me how to cook and i never really asked.

i bake with my friends sometimes
i can only cook items that come with directions, such as hamburger helpers
everyone else in my life cooks for me, like my parents, boyfriend, grandparents. or i go out to eat.

i'm afraid i'm going to be the kind of mom who hands her child $5 to go to mcdonald's for dinner D:
must learn to cook sooon..

so who taught youuu how to cook?

I also sometimes follow how my mom cooks so i can use alternative stuff to make my own food healthy. I want to eat healthy and in order for me to complete that, i have to cook my own food and find staple items that compliment one another.

Ahh! I'm glad I'm not the only person with a fear of grwoing up without being able to cook!

I'm ok, but my mom is terrible... so I feel like I can't learn anything from her. I think there are a few elements you need to be good at cooking:

1. Read instructions carefully!!!!
2. Trust your instincts on things like spices, baking times,etc.
3. Generally be aware of how you prepare the food and how long it has been cooking for.

And number four, the most important thing of all:

4. ADD LOVE!
