What does it mean when a girl asks you if you like her? How would you feel and how would you react?

Well, I'm a girl but if a guy were to ask me that I would most likely think he must have some sort of interest towards me unless we're good friends. Just in case he does, I would either try to avoid the question or answer by naming the positive qualities about that person.

I sometimes ask my good guy friends this out of curiosity to see what impression I give off people I guess. But that sort of question can be interpreted differently so depends on the level of friendship.

well this happened several years ago already, and we just did know each other for just 2 weeks. just at one point (maybe at least 12 hours before we parted ways for good), she popped that question. and yes i told her i like her because i did (and i still do). it's like a million dollar question for me because it has been puzzling me why.

i'd like to think the same myself, but here's the short story to that:

we were in a bar with some family and friends. we decided to go home. i went outside the bar first because it was noisy inside. just moments after, she followed me. alone. then we talked. and asked me that question. i certainly am sure of her tone not being disgusted because on the look of her eyes. and eventhough i didn't want her to know, i told her the truth without hesitation that i like her alot. that happened 12 hours before we parted ways for good.

She's obviously interested in your love life or who you might like or leading towards what kind of girls you like. So I'd say she's interested in you, and wants to know more about that part of you before admitting that she likes you or making a move.
