So I've had my 17" HP for about a year and I just noticed I have some dust inbetween my screen and my light source.
Question is: how the hell do I get it out or where do I go to get it cleaned?

If you have warranty, you can call them and confuse them, they won't understand dust in the screen but hope they will replace it. I have a feeling they will just say that doesn't matter and live with it.
It would be expensive for you to replace the screen (at least $60) and fairly difficult to dismantle and clean yourself.
