Try doing pilates, because that really toned my body (ESPECIALLY my arms.)

for example, f you did 10 reps with 15lb dumbells, do 25 reps with 5lb dumbells. this way instead of getting buff, you are toning your arms instead.

I did NOT NEED to lose there, my upper arm is like 8 inches now. Some people have a wrist that big

I've read in magazines that arm fat is the 1st to go when you start losing weight, so yay! (Unfortunately, I do not think you can target weight loss)

doing push ups is good. it wont buff up your arms THAT much but it'll definitely tone them. also it helps you strengthen your arms. Strenghtening them doesnt mean bulking them up, but just making them stronger.

i do kung fu and it really gets ur makes the part below ur elbow huge (muscle) and the part from elbow to shoulder.. just normal... and my elbow bone is huge~
although my arm is not huge... its not proportional =/
