STEP BY STEP
Basically boil water, slice a lemon, put it in the cup, and put the boiling water in it. Honey is optional. It doesn't matter how honey/lemon you put in it, it depends on the person how they like to drink it. Stir it around if you put honey in it with a spoon. After (for both honey and non honey users) take the spoon and press the lemon against the cup to squeeze more lemon out, and continue stirring. It's gonna be really hot so don't drink it right away, treat it like tea.
If you don't want to boil the water than put a cup of water in the microwave for one minute, take it out and squeeze lemon in it.
For some people, it's bad for tooth enamel, so if you're paranoid, drink it with a straw.
Another optional is after you drink it, wait half an hour until you eat so you give time for the lemon to remove the dirt/clean the inside, etc. And one cup a day is good, preferably in the morning since it gives you a jump start metabolism, more energy, etc.
