my sister's classmate was 82kg before he had his diet.
his diet was.. drinking lots of water before eating. O_O
but he's still eating 3x a day.
i was shocked after 1 month.. his now 63kg. *O* it's more shocking.
he lost 20kg even without doing any exercise.

u need to do drink 2-3 glasses of water before eating.
u will feel full after that.
but u can still eat but maybe a few scoops of rice...u'll feell really full by then.

i'll try it too. rolleyes.gif water is good. it can make your skin glowing. XD

try it too. then tell me if you lost some weight.

mm yeah...but after you drink all that water, eat those few scoops of rice and then go to the toilet to pee it all out, won't you feel hungry again?

Lol I'm sure you will still need to eat a healthy amount and exercise because of those pangs of hunger striking afterwards...

that sounds like a good technique, but i dont think i can do that, when you move alot with too much water your tummy cramps up. if you get what i mean .__. or thats just only me.

there is no use of losing 20 kg in 1 monthe caz it will back so fast ..... for me i lose 13 kg in 4 month it is great caz after i stop my diet & start eating too much for ahall year i just gain 1-2 kg but i lose them now

Oh yeah my high school teacher always told us that was one of the ways he dieted.
Filling your stomach with liquid would trick your stomach into thinking it's getting full with food.

That's so unhealthy :/ Where are you getting your protein and nutrients?!

hmmm. why not just drink around a cup of water before so that u'll eat a little bit more and still get proteins etc.
OR
we could still use the method the poster shared but eat food with MORE protein? LoL

This isn't dieting it is just proper hydration.

44 lb lost in a month. 82kg is not even morbidly obese.

More than 1lb lost in a day. Calories required to burn 1 lb of fat is 3500. So basically each day he consumed 3500 less calories than normal. Something doesnt seem right, lol.

im 6'4 and 190lbs and i dont look fat/obese since muscle weights > fat (remember that)

Yeah.. why are people so against exercise? It has its benefits beyond just trying to lose weight.
