For quite awhile now, theres been alot of small red bumps in my nose area, like below the eyes. my face used to be so smooth, but now its disgustingly bumpy. sometimes that part of my face gets so dry it feels like sandpaper o_O. same with beneath my chin, but my chin has no red bumps. anywayss, my mom says the bumps on my nose is due to dry skin and wants me to put lotion. so i did for few days, the dryness went away but the bumps are still there and maybe a bit worse??
so.. wat are the red bumps and how do i get rid of em??
im a guy btw XD

omg i have red bumps too. O.O
i'm a girl though. LOL
but i'm sure it's similar.
i guess it really depends on what kind of skin you have and what lotion you used.
it's usually better to go scentless, cause more scents might irritate your skin?
and a few days is not gonna make it go away..i think you need to do it for longer.
try not to use products on your skin? like cleansers or whatnot.
i used an exfoliater and i broke out with red bumps. T_T
i use water. 8D

OHH I get those on my nose too sometimes especially during winter.
My dad calls it a coldsore for the nose... >_> If that makes sense.
It's when it is really dry, and mine usually last like a week or less.
Putting vaseline on it really helps to moisturize it. I know from experience!

Try to see if it is due to a recent new product you started using in your routine.

I get clusters of them under my eyes sometimes. I drink a LOT of water and put on non-greasy moisturizer and it goes away. I think it has something to do with the weather, because I move back and forth from different regions (with different climates) occasionally, and each time, I get that stuff on my face.

You can try homemade remedies, proactive, or the 2.5% bp suggested above, but I'd suggest you go to a dermatologist.
I honestly think it's just acne (not all acne looks the same), but I suppose it could be something else.
Like the person above me said though, you can get acne scarring if you don't treat it. Go to a dermatologist!
