These may seem obvious but it works, people just don't put in the effort.
I'm sick of people that complain about their weight that do not put in any effort whatsoever.
So here's a guide
First of all.
Eat healthy. duh. try to avoid sweets, fried foods, fizzy drinks, juices.
eating say a chocolate bar would be equivalent to 3 pieces of fruit (calorie wise)
so eating 3 piece of fruit will leave you less hungry than eating a chocolate bar.
Eating 6 (smaller) meals a day will boost your metabolism, helping you to burn more calories all day long.
Try spanning each meal 3-4 hours apart.
It has been proven that eating smaller, frequent healthier meals is far more beneficial than 3 large meals.
Plus, by eating smaller meals more frequently it will prevent food cravings and you will not end up pigging out.
If you think about it, our bodies were designed for us to eat when we're hungry. Back thousands of years ago, whateva year ,
humans ate food only when they were hungry to survive. Our bodies are designed this way, and not designed for us to pig out
whenever we want. This will only stored as fat which is like a survival mechanism.
Do not starve yourself or skip meals. Because not eating for long periods decreases your metabolism and your body will store
alot of your food intake into fat rather than burning it up.
Carbohydrate are a great source of energy (rice, pasta etc) but they are carbs and are stored as fat so eat just enough to give you the energy
you need.
Drink lots of water... Water has 0 calories. if anything drinking cold water will burn calories because your body will use up a small amount
of energy raising the temperature of the water to your body level.
Excersize is a must if you are planning to actually lose fat. If you are lazy then going for a 30 min jog DAILY should be the minimum.
Try forcing yourself to make this a routing, there are no excuses for having no time. Wake up half an hour earlier or something go for
a jog listening to ur ipod.
Jogging and walking are low intensity excersizes so it will not burn as much calories as high intensity excersizes such as (boxing, sprinting etc)
The higher intensity activities will burn off ALOT (way way way more) more calories than walking or jogging.
So if you really wanna get fit fast or lose weight. Join a club like a martial arts gym or something else you are actually interested in.
Not only will this give you motivation losing weight but it will be better doing it with others and not by urself.
OF course this will differ between individual and vary depending on ur personal goals or needs. One might only be looking to change their eating habits and not lose fat.
But if you follow the advice, and i don't mean do it for one week and giving up. But do it for like 3 months and guarantee you'll be lot healthier
and slimmer and by noticing the difference it'll motivate you to remain like that or you can have ur money back. THere are no easy ways of losing weight, they are just cheap temporary methods for lazy people. The hard way is the right way. It's extremely hard to get motivated i know,
but that's why sports or having something even anything as some sort of goal u want to reach will help u get there. So start setting goals
and reduce the amount of complaining.
