Rims, HIDs? Nothing too dramatic if you ask me.... it just takes away from the IS look.
Do some performance stuff.

i say wheels, suspension, brakes

maybe then bpu (basic power upgrades) if you really feel the need to

please dont settle for cheap alternatives, research before you buy and know what you're getting into
do it right the first time!

For wheels, do NOT get the brand Rota. I'll let others way why if you ask.
