Conversion Programmes

Hiya

I was just wondering
what conversion programmes do you guys use/would recommend?
Like for converting files for your iPhone, iPod, PSP and whatnot!

Personally i used to use this 3gp thing
but i seemed to have lost it :S

I like to use SUPER but then it is ugly and there are some things that just dont work with it for some reason... But in terms of free and flexible this is the one

for ipod i use videora
for psp i use psp video 9
for phone Ultra Mobile 3GP Video Converter
for normal Ultra Video Converter
