that's hard to answer, since it varies so much. :[
but generally, i love guys who have a great sense of humor.
if they can make me laugh, then i'll love them.
and of course they have to be nice, as in they are thoughtful of others.
not obnoxious or self-centered or selfish.

-a little bit mysterious
-a little strange? idk how im gonna explain this in words....but i think guys who are a little strange (not creep strange, more like silly) are cute
-somebody who is intelligent enough for me to have a serious and intellectual conversation with, guys who arent very bright turn me off big time. You dont have to be genius , i just expect people to know more than a 5th grader knows about the world.
-respect . You cant get anywhere w/o respect for each other in a relationship. That includes the occasional "private time" away from each other. Guys who show respect for people i find very attractive . Example helping an old person.
-a little shy. Guys who pounce right away, get all over you, "holler" are a major turn off for me. I like guys who are a bit more reserved and quiet. I want to be able to peal the layers of a person's personality and get to know the real them slowly. Guys who are always rushing and are always on their own pace are difficult to have a mutual relationship with. A guy who is shy is so cute >w< esp. when he get's easily embarrassed for example when he accidentally touches your hand and he tries to explain to you and keeps stuttering.
-a guy who is open minded about a lot of things, a guy who considers other peoples points of view on a certain topic.
-a guy who is passionate about something (music, art, etc.) . Someone who is determined to get things done.
-loyal. a guy who doesnt do things that will make his gf worry that he's cheating on her. I dont mind if a guy hangs out with girls etc. but there are somethings a guy does that triggers a woman's doubt.
-good sense of humor , especially if he can make smart jokes.
-brave or easily frightened doesnt bother me so much, but there's a limit for guys who are easily frightened.
Example you go to a haunted house with your gf and you run away and leave her. O__O

and when it comes to the "bad boy" type, drugs, smoking, etc. is a no-no.
