He has 3 legs & a huge scar on it's throat
He's wearing an eye patch & has what appears to be 3 old bullet wounds on it's body
He's left ear is missing and, and the right ear is torn.
He responds to the name LUCKY!

I saw this sign taped to the back window of a car, so I may have left a few details out, buh you get the picture
I would have taken a picture but it zoomed away before I got my phone out ><
oh & btw.. I don't think it was a real sign.. sounds like a joke to me
