I like this girl and i think so she likes me as well
but there is this one guy that tries to pick her up, he is in competition with me.
I told the girl to add that guy in the conversation, so i could talk to him
but then he stood in silence and not talk at all...
I really don't know what to do guys and girls please help me give some advice !

If you didn't actually ask her out, any competition is fair.

If I were you, I wouldn't talk to the guy, shows that you're weak and want to come to term with him or something
Well, depending on your age right now (which I had no idea), do you really like the girl? Or is it through some infatuation? kk

She's on no-man's land right now.
It's fair game, he is every bit entitled to try to become her boyfriend as you are.
Telling him that she likes you back, without her clearly stating so; is underhanded and wrong.
May the best man win I guess!

17? Since when did 'liking' sb instantly mean you're a couple?
LOL nowadays dating for like a month might not even mean you're in a relationship. Making out and sex doesn't mean it either.
All's fair in love and war. Suck it up, he's doing nothing wrong. Grow some balls

I'm with BrightCloset. But you can either just ask her out before he does.

You better step your game up kid before she becomes some other guy's girl.
Go get her!

I've had similar problems with other guys trying to steal my girlfriend but I kept strong. I tried keeping my confidence at its peak and tried to show my girlfriend that I truly loved her. Good thing is that she saw this in me and stayed faithful towards me. Every now and then when a guy tries to pick her up, she'd either just politely say she's taken or would talk with them a bit, and leaving it just at that - friends.
Talking to the other guy might be a good thing but it also could be a bad thing. It would show that you're having concerns and might make the other guy more confident. On the other hand, talking to him might detour him when he finds out that you like the same girl, only more than he does.

agreed
since she is not your girlfriend i don't see what he is doing wrong
maybe you should make it offical and then he'll back off
