). He is always making a big fuss on everything. He calls the police if you leave ugly cars on the curb, sticks an embaressing and belittling warning sign on your door if you are to exausted or forget to mow your lawn for a while, he actually gives them a certain amount of days before turning them into the city. He believes he has all the power when he's no more important than anybody else, he calls the papers for publicity when somebody paints there house a wierd color (by wierd it was really pretty actually, just different). He got angry at my dad for opposing him. He is a biggest jerk ever with an even bigger ego, the most depressing and annoying thing about it though is that he owns the house and can't get evicted because of that.Does anybody have any similiar problems or know ANYTHING to do about it, that sign was REALLY humiliating!
(oh yeah, and people actually turn off moving into the neighborhood because of all the ruckus he causes, he's horrible, really! My mom even told me he yells at his girlfriend to go do these things to other people when he's to lazy to do what 'he wants' done!)
