I'm not sure whether if it's 100% accurate, but it gets most of the meanings across.
I think you probably don't understand most of it because it's written in the HK way, or maybe the cantonese style, so you got to read the word s out to yourself to get what's it saying...if you know hoe to speak cantonese.

Regarding the word 'chen pin', I'm not too sure the correct name because I never heard of the shop before so maybe you might want to check how to write the 2 chinese words correctly.

Something like you don't tell your feelings straight out, that people cannot know you're really feeling.
Eg. showing signs that you like someone, but sometimes you act as if you don't care about him, so it's like what's your relationship with him: friends or lovers. Not too sure.

2.做事不光明磊落，有不可告人的秘密。
Have a secret, do things that cannot be seen(bad things)
