you just have to memorize some of the harder ones

I think the "jan dit jan dit han oi nei" part would make more sense as [I] really really love you.

Oops, I realised my mistake, lol, "Jan dit Jan dit" as in really, thought it meant like some other chinese slang term meaning "almost"...sorry, but good that someone corrected me
