If I'm not wrong, "張以諾" is someone's name. So the sentence means 張以諾 is going back to Taiwan OR 張以諾 wants to go back to Taiwan.

yupp i also think 張以諾 is a name too! if it helps, this is how you read it : "zhang yi nuo".
it means 張以諾 wants to return to taiwan.

p/s: haha, im being lame, but before this it was hippo, now its a person, who wants to return to taiwan next?
