学校要们都参加的 << i think its some taiwan slang thingy. not a typo. like when they say 这样(zhe yang), they sometimes join it to form 浆 which is 'jiang'. kinda interesting. lol.

I'm trying to order from this chinese site and online translators are not helping me very much TT_TT;;
Can someone translate these?

国内邮局汇款：
^I think that means International Postal Money Order? I'm not sure, my reading in chinese in almost non-existent

and this one
国外汇款：西联汇款/ 工行速汇通等
^And I think this one means Western Union Money Order? I don't know, Cuz it has "西" in it and yeah ^^;;
