i don't know if it's me, or if it just doesn't make sense/is poorly written, or if it's because there isn't enough context provided, but here's my shot at it.
___. 已經有女朋友了拉...你這樣子人在女朋友會生氣拉...
already has a girlfriend... when you act that way around people, the girlfriend will get angry (it's hard to tell what the 2nd part is trying to say& who it's addressing.)
歐歐歐...但是我看他長的蠻帥的...想跟他交個朋友嘛.....
*sounds- oh, oh, oh?*... but i see that he's become quite handsome... (i) want to become friends with him.
你回的也真夠快的...一定是每天沒事做..一天到晚上_____.
you sure came back fast (within a short amount of time)... must be because (you have) nothing to do every day... from day to night___.

As far as culture, they follow the same religion. (Buddism) Well, most of they anyways.
Standard of living is different between Mainland China + Hong Kong.
Style is VERY different. Hong Kong seems to follow japanese trend a lot more than Mainland. Mainland has their own style. xDDD
Those are the main difference I think.
