It's kind of like saying: "I know drums" but better to say "I know how to play the drums."

Even though you're a fluent Chinese speaker, I'm just gunna clarify this by making 2 sentences:
就是 using the meaning "quite right": 那不就是最好的方法嗎?
就是 using the meaning "even if": 就是我不成功,我還是一個人啊!
