Umm.. You cant write in cantonese, its a dialect. They write in chinese, so it goes like that:

为什么在这时候出这样的差错
我不喜欢看着你这样，请你不要哭了
这些日子以来，我想着很多东西..

这件事让我感到更加忧郁..

it just sounds really funny but I rmb in class my teacher said ALL third accents before the LAST third accent are changed to second.

While the two have very similar meanings, I believe the connotations are different. Like "ke yi" is more general in use such as "Can you do that for me?" whereas "neng hui" is a bit more specific and tends to describe capabilities like at a job interview or something along those lines, but yea, I don't really use "neng hui" that much so I can't be sure of that part

^I think a better sentence structure would be "wo3 ke3 yi3 yu3 ni3 lian4 zhong1 wen2 ma?".
You can also say "wo3 ke3 ye3 he2 ni3 lian4 ..."
Chinese(speaking-/talking-wise) can be hua2 yu3 as well.
Chinese(writing-wise) is hua2 wen2.
No sneaky le or de in there.
