i bought the passionate red one in hk
so far things seem to be fine
i go on wifi and listen to the walkman
sometimes it lags abit but isn't a problem for me
the battery does get used up more quickly but i think u just have to charge it longer than the required 2.5hrs
it meets my needs...i did wanted the w995 but it's double the price of w705
if you can wait abit longer, there are alot more new sony ericsson phones coming out this fall
