I love using the Korean metal ones,
I like the heavier ones, cuz I can grab food better with them. xD

the disposable wood ones scare me, cuz i'm always afraid of
getting splinters on my tongue or something hahah

We use the wooden/bamboo ones, because they are more environment-friendly.

I prefer metal over wood.. but if I have to use wood chopsticks it has to be those super smooth ones? not those ones that are square and look rather rough texture.. looks like I could get a splinter from them.. No thanks..

Though the last time I went to a Korean restaurant they gave us wooden chopsticks...what kind of Korean restaurant does that? mad.gif

a lot of them do, well at least where i live.
it really depends on what you're eating though.
for noodles, people don't really use metal because it's so slippery o-o

I always use those yellowy plastic ones and for cooking, I use the bamboo/wood ones, not disposable .
I don't even think my house carries that .

I cannot use metal ones cause they're not very versatile in certain food selections like cooking with them hurt cause of the conduction of heat eventually spreading throughout the metal (N)
and they don't have good grip at all .

depends on what type of food.
Udon or soba, definitely not wooden ones, i remember going to a japanese restaurants. They always do that to me crazy.gif i hate them, so hard to eat and i can practically taste the wood.
& no no's to plastic.

metal and bamboo are fine.

My family uses wooden chopsticks.
I don't like plastic or steel/metal chopsticks because I can never grab food with them. :l
