lol me too, I lost 12kg and i gained back like 7, now i lost 2 again!!!
Damn, i really wanna be skinny, so I can wear nice clothes and not look stupid next to my (skinny) friends. I'm currently on a diet, baisically, just eat a healthy breakfast (bowl of small amount of cereal and milk or bowl of porridge - nothing else), for lunch, a smallish lunch will do like just a plate of pasta, no dessert and anything else. Try to eat lunch at around 12. For dinner, it's all about PORTION CONTROL (lol this is where i FAIL - my folks are just too good at cooking addictive, yummy, healthy food). Like, don't start with some big bowl filled with rice, take a small bowl, about one medium spoonful of rice (using a rice spoon, those plastic flatish looking ones). Fill rest of bowl with vegetables or whatever you are eating with your rice.
Eat.
It is important to put all you are going to eat in the BOWL, so you know how much you've eaten. It's all good to eat your rice whilst picking out from the shared plate of veg, but you'll overeat as you think, oh, it's only little mouthfuls - well they add up and before you know it, you've eaten about 10 bowls worth of it. Also, try to eat slowly (this is harder then it sounds, especially if the food is nice). This will make you more aware of what your putting in your mouth and when your full. Eat until you are satisfied - i.e. your stomach is still reasonably flat - not sticking out like a watermelon/pregnant woman.
Finally, try to drink 1.5litres of water at least, every day. Eat apples/ one portion of fruit (don't over do it) / one yogurt when hungry. When eating out, try to make healthy choices with small portions i.e if you must go to Mcdonalds, get their snack wrap instead of a full meal.
Finally, avoid diet sodas/sodas/fizzy drinks in general - makes me mega bloated and and it is really bad for you.
If your not hungry - don't eat. Simple (she says)
but yea, if you follow these for like a week, like i did, you can lose 2kg. NO JOKE. but the catch is, you must follow the rules, no binging, no overeating untill your really full - not even for one meal. Remember - satisfaction is keeyyyy. If you want to eat loads, think why you want to be skinny first, think of what you'll have acumplished by the end of the week if you loose that 2kg/4.5lbs.
Oh, and try and eat early, like breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 12:30, dinner at 5-6, 7pm latest if possible. This gives you more time to digest it before you go to sleep so it doesn't sit in your stomach.
Obviously, exercise when you can, this can be really simple stuff like (speed) walking somewhere instead of getting a lift/bus or whatever. But speed walking is far better than slow/normal walking. Helps tone legs too. Do squats to tone your thighs (1minute duration about 3 times a day, every other day) I did this, and my thighs are way more toned and slim than my skinny friends who weight about 10kg less than me!
btw, how much are you currently and how much are you looking to loose?
The amount you loose depends of how thin/fat you were to start with.
