seriously, just chill. All girls like it when guys are cute, but not FULL-BLOWN like you sound like you are. Just try to get closer to her, unless you already are (you seem to know a hecka lot about her) and then just invite her out not on official dates, just to hang out and then try to gauge how she feels towards you.
