We've had our old Tiger one for over 10 yrs and we love the rice it makes. But I ate from my cousin's newer fancy one and I swear her rice tasted better! I'm mainly interested in knowing your choice between a regular circular pot or the newer oval style one (what brand you use, how you like it, is it worth it to spend loads more on the newer kind). You're welcome to discuss the other choices though
