isnt it annoying. seriously, everytime i eat something, mostly likely that something has dairy in it. huh
then i have to take a pill to help me digest-________________-;;
so i cant have ice cream whenever i want too.
huh, so annoying whenever i go out.

one time i went to chipotle and the lady heard me wrong and put a whole load of cheese in my bowl. so i go home and eat with my friends and 10 minutes later, im throwing up all over my self.. gross, i know.

anyways. just wanna see whos lactose intolerant and who hates it.. (obvious answer)

me = im lactose intolerant and i absolutly loathe it>:0

I'm lactose intolerant I also loathe it. I can tolerate a little dairy like a little taste, but just a slice of pizza, or a full serving of any dairy product would give me such horrible stomach pains. sad.gif

hey if any lactose intolerant people want to drink milk, they have something at the supermarket called Lactaid. it comes in a non fat version but i'm telling u, it tastes really good! not like regular watery non fat milk. and like the name says, it's made for lactose intolerant people.

Yeah I'm lactose in tolerant. I can handle a little bit but yeah I don't mind not eating ice cream & cheese etc.

The upside is that ever since i quit eating dairy, my skin has cleared up so well!

Yup lactase deficiency.
I found out not so long ago, I was muching on a DQ blizzard, and spent the night in the washroom.
I thought i was food posioned, but nope...my body couldn't handle that much lactose, and therefor my immune system decide to flush it all down. 34 times...
I still consumed dairy product, but make sure it isn't pure icecream. Milk is ok, no more than half a glass....yogurt is ok...
really this disorder happens to affect most asians, most doesn't know about it until they reach 20++.

I loathe being lactose intolerant sometimes, but I've become so used to it I don't even remember a time when I can eat lactose without the pill.
Lately, or usually when it's around my menstruation time/ stressful times the pill doesn't even help.
One thing that I loathe the most is how lactose-free milk (Lactaid) doesn't even help me.
I've had stomach problems the past 3 days and I'm on a 'dairy-phobia'... I see people eating cheese and I feel like puking. T-T

I'm partially lactose intolerant. I can't have milk since it makes me sick, and yogurt also makes me nauseous. I can eat cheese and ice cream, but if I consume too much, it also makes me queasy.

I'm lactose intolerant. What's funny is that when I moved from California to Florida I found out I was lactose intolerant. It sucks.

eat yogurt it apparently helps you
stop being lactose intolerant after a certain
time. I have no idea though, that's what she
said xD

excuse my lack of knowledge on it, but...

o_O' does that suggest you're short?

milk = lactose + calcium
no lactose = no calcium = no growth. o-O' or are there like.. calcium pills?

I'm lactose intolerant. I didn't get it until last year. And for some odd reason, I think its because I drank way too much milk in a day sad.gif So I guess it built up and boom ~ I don't really take the pills but I usually eat a lot of bread or something to even it out the diary. I can drink chocolate milk too biggrin.gif

ignorance is bliss ♡
