i think im allergic to gluten. my body cannot process it, therefore i am tired all the time.
gluten is in almost everything we eat - biscuits, bread meat products etc.
anybody else ere thinkt hey are gluten intolerent? cos if you are you have to be extra careful what you buy and eat.

Being gluten intolerant doesn't mean you have a disease. It's like being lactose intolerant, you just need to read the labels on the processed foods you buy.
I can imagine it being a pain to be allergic to something that is present in so many commonly eaten foods, but I'm sure there are more gluten free products on the market now.

I think I might be gluten intolerant as well. I didn't know there was gluten in meat products, however.

Actually fresh meat doesn't contain gluten. It's the seasonings and such that's added to it that does.
Having dietary restrictions myself, I know how it is. A good idea would be to go see a nutritionist that can help you plan gluten free meals so that you don't end up starving yourself of all the things you need.
